Organizational success starts from within.
The psychological health and wellbeing of a company is the single most important indicator of overall organizational success and advancement over time. More so than intellect or industry expertise, an environment that is built off of trust, respect, and alignment is critical for long term prosperity.
My work supports organizations and empowers leadership teams to establish what a healthy organization looks and feels like so they can increase engagement, enhance productivity, and expand their competitive edge, especially during times of uncertainty.
What I offer
Leadership Team and Organizational Coaching
An aligned leadership team will set a company up for greatness. Alignment occurs when there is clarity on the vision, mutual trust, collaboration through conflict, and freedom to speak up. My leadership team coaching supports these teams on implementing transparent communication, clear and aligned decision making, and prioritization and integration of a “people first” environment.
Within an organization, it is important that every voice be heard. Sometimes those conversations need to happen on a one-on-one basis or within the small team dynamic. My organizational coaching assesses the individual and team needs through conversation and observation, and delivers an action plan to support the identified goals.
Workshops & Trainings
My workshops and trainings are a great way to bring your teams together to learn, engage, and relationship build with one another. Through a combination of industry best practices, storytelling, application of principles from my personal experiences, and leadership foundation principles, I promise you’ll walk away with new learnings and tangible takeaways. AND I promise they won’t be stuffy or boring.
I also feel strongly that a “one and done” approach is a thing of the past. My follow up individual or group coaching is critical for the purposes of meaningful integration and will help ensure that you as an organization are getting your needs met.

Maternity Support For Organizations
“Motherhood Mindset” starts when someone has begun trying or becomes pregnant. Psychologists have agreed that this time creates ‘Psychological Turbulence’ and it occurs over four phases. Maternity coaching and group facilitation from trying to get pregnant > through pregnancy > while on maternity leave > through re-entry to work has been proven to facilitate a faster return to full productivity after maternity leave ends. Less ‘down time’ = more organizational efficiency.
My workshops, integrative coaching help to promote healthy psychological mindset changes that impact a woman’s ability and motivation to BE IN and RETURN TO the workplace. Organizations see it as “the right thing to do”, but also “the smart thing to do for business.”

Who I am
M.A. Counseling Psychology | IPEC Certified Professional Coach
in fairness, organizational health isn’t “who I am”, it is just something I love to think and learn about, and in part how I feel like I can contribute to making this world a better place.
“Who I Am” can’t be consolidated into a few paragraphs, but I’ll share flavors and essences.
Over the years, I’ve identified the things that I value and love the most, and how they are reflected throughout my life.
Outdoors. Being in the outdoors fuels my soul. Running, mountain biking, and skiing are the activities that bring me the most joy.
Partnership. I share my days with my husband who believes in the power of partnership too. We work every day to make sure we communicate, align, and get in a little quality time together (can’t forget our pups too!).
Slowness. I live in a small mountain town in Colorado. The slower paced life has given me room to really know myself.
Human Behavior. A forever student of Psychology and human behavior, my undergraduate in Nursing, my graduate degree in Counseling Psychology, and my Coaching training have provided a solid foundation for my life’s work.
Service. When it comes to having my cup filled, service ranks near the top. My mother reinforced the gift of service to me from a very young age, and it has never wavered.
Balance. Everyone’s definition of the word looks a little bit different, so I establish mine through the “feeling” of it. To name a few, I’m a balanced combination of: emotionality and methodology (which I believe offers a refreshing approach to my work), introversion and extroversion, toughness and sensitivity, and intensity and grace.
There is a little bit about “Who I Am” outside of the work that I do. If you would like to take a deeper dive into my work, click the button below.
